Q. How do I purchase lead credits?

A. After log on, go to “Purchase credits” follow the prompts and pay by either credit card, Paypal direct deposit or by sending a cheque or money order.

Q. How long will a lead credit last?

A. Leads have no expiry date, they remain in your stock until they are used, and are therefore anti-inflationary.

Q. Can I get a refund on unused credits?

A. Leads are non-refundable.

Q. What happens if I go on holidays or close my business for a period of time?

A. You can place your lead opportunities on hold for a period of time. On the contact us page send us a message to place leads on hold for the period of time required.

Q. What is the difference between “Standard lead” credits and “Express lead credits”?

Q. How can I get help?

Q. What happens if I have a power failure or for some reason I haven’t received and a lead invite that was sent?

A. You can check on opportunities sent to you through “my account” Log on to the site to see your list of opportunities sent with the date and time sent.You can mark them off when the job is completed.

Q. How can I change my business details?

A. Log on and from the dashboard go to Update Profile

Q. What happens if I forget my log on details?

A. Click on “Forgotten password” after you have attempted to log on, and follow the prompts.

Q. Can I have my business registered in any other way other than via the web site?

A. The quickest way to register is through the site, however you can phone us on 1300788856 and we can register the details for you or you could send an email with your contact details so we can contact you.

Q. Can I still get leads outside my post code area?

A. Yes. You will have to complete these vital details when you register. Providing the full list of areas you wish to service. It can be local, statewide or Australia wide, by searching and ticking the appropriate suburbs. Go to “Update regions” from the dashboard after log on

Q. How soon am I expected to respond to a lead sent to me?

A. As soon as it is possible, but it is up to you. It depends how serious you are about obtaining the job, and customer service. The sooner the better.

Q. Can my business be deregistered?

A. Yes. If you are found to be using the site for anything other than that for which it is intended you will be given a warning. If that is unsuccessful, you can be removed from the list of providers without notice. Basically play fair and there is no problem.

Q. What happens if there is no response from any business to contact a client?

A. We will be the first to know if there has been no response from businesses and further invitations will be sent to businesses that can provide the service required.

Q. Are there any hidden costs associated with registering my business?

A. No. There is only the lead fee which is payable up front in the form of lead packs.

Q. Is my business information kept confidential?

A. Yes. Information given to us by you is kept only for Best Trade Bid’s records, we will not give any of your details to any company or person, unless special permission is requested and granted.

Q. Are there any guarantees I will win a bid?

A. No. You will be competing with other providers in the same line of work. You pay for the opportunity. We can’t make an enquirer purchase from you. We can only bring them to you. It is up to yo to sell your product.

We can’t guarantee any information that is given by our clients requesting a search for products or services is correct, or a genuine inquiry.  Equate it to someone walking into your shop and walking out with nothing, because you didn’t have what they wanted, or they were just looking.

Q. What is the main purpose of this site?

A. Our aim is found at “About us”.

Q. How many other businesses will bid for a job?

A. It depends on the client’s request – anything from one to five generally.

Q. How can I help get more businesses to register?

A. Tell a supplier of yours, alert them to the opportunities they could have to increase their business and pass on this link http://www.besttradebid.com.au

Q. If I sell my business, what happens to the lead credits?

A. They can still be used in the business if it is just a straight transfer of name etc…Leads can be transferred by special request in the case of a business sale.

Q. How many businesses can I register?

A. You can register as many businesses as you own.

Q. Can I use this system to source my product suppliers?

A. Yes. This is a great way to find your resources at the right price.

Q. What happens if I am sent a lead inquiry that is not in my line of business?

A. This would be extremely rare and we would like to hear from you should that happen. The way we match is dependent on the correct input of your business details. We pride ourselves in exact matches to the client’s request.

A. Contact your communications expert in your area to find out about email alerts to your mobile or other device, it won’t be difficult.

A. You can see at the top of the home page when you log on, how many leads you have left

A. Yes, we will randomly select clients that have requested a search, to help us improve our service to the public.
